Delivery Policy
Effective date: 10 June 2026
Everything NumberHub sells is delivered electronically — there is nothing to ship. This page explains how and when each product reaches you, what "delivered" means for each one, and what happens if something does not arrive.
1. Electronic delivery only
NumberHub sells digital products only. There are no physical goods, no SIM cards in the post, no packaging, and no shipping or courier of any kind. Nothing is mailed to a street address, so no delivery address, postage, or customs step applies.
All products are delivered in-app — inside the Telegram bot (@TheNumberHubBot) and the web app — to the account you ordered from. Delivery is automatic: when the item is ready it appears in your order, and the live order card updates itself as the status changes, so there is no separate download or tracking link to chase.
2. What "delivered" means, by product
Each product line has its own definition of delivery and its own timing. In every case, the item is considered delivered the moment it is shown in your order in the bot or web app.
- OTP and email orders use the live activation window shown in the order. Each delivered code is charged separately. If no code arrives, cancel after the short initial lock or let the order expire; the hold returns automatically.
- Number rentals — the dedicated number is active for the whole period you chose, immediately after the rental starts. Throughout that period, all SMS codes sent to the number are delivered to your order as they arrive. "Delivered" here is the live, working number plus every code it receives for the duration.
- eSIM data plans — once the upstream provider accepts the order, your QR profile and activation details are delivered within seconds. "Delivered" means the QR code (sent as an image) plus the manual install details — the SM-DP+ address, activation/matching code, and ICCID — are shown in your order, ready to scan or enter on your device.
- Email OTPs — the inbox address is delivered immediately when you order, and the verification code is delivered automatically when it arrives at that inbox. "Delivered" means the code is shown in your order, the same way as for OTP numbers.
3. Delivery and charging are linked
For the charge-on-receive products, delivery is exactly what triggers a charge — so you are never billed for something that was not delivered:
- OTP numbers and Email OTPs — the price is held when you order and charged only when a code is delivered. If no code is delivered within the activation window (or you cancel, or it expires), the hold is released automatically and you pay nothing.
- Rentals and eSIM — paid upfront; an eSIM hold is only released if the order cannot be placed with the provider at all, in which case nothing is delivered and nothing is charged.
The full charging, hold, and cancellation rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and top-ups that fund your wallet are described in the Payment Policy.
4. Availability, stock & queueing
Because NumberHub is a reseller, whether a particular service or country can be delivered depends on our upstream providers and on the third-party platform you are verifying with. Availability and price are shown before each purchase.
- If a number is momentarily out of stock, your order can be queued: the system keeps retrying to source a number for you in the background.
- If a number is sourced, it is issued and delivery proceeds as normal.
- If nothing can be sourced within the retry period, the queued order is given up automatically and the hold is released — you pay nothing for an order that was never filled.
5. If something is not delivered
Most non-deliveries resolve themselves through automatic release, so in the common case you simply are not charged. If an active order is not behaving, you have these options:
- Replace the number — for an OTP order, request a fresh number if the issued one is not receiving the code; the same hold carries over, so you are still only charged if a code is delivered.
- Cancel — cancel an order to release the hold, subject to the timing rules in the Refund Policy (a queued order with no number yet can be cancelled immediately at no cost).
- Automatic release — if no code arrives within the window, or a queued order cannot be filled, the hold is released for you without any action needed.
- eSIM not appearing — if a QR profile does not show immediately after the order is accepted, it is delivered automatically once provisioning completes; a background process keeps checking for it.
- Contact support — if an item still has not arrived and you believe it should have, reach out with your order details and we will investigate and make it right.
6. Delivery records
Your in-app order history is the record of delivery. Each order keeps its status (waiting, received, completed, cancelled, expired), the number or address issued, and any codes or eSIM details delivered to it. You can review this at any time in the bot or web app to confirm what was delivered and when.
