Public Offer Agreement
Effective date: 10 June 2026
This document is a public offer (an accession agreement) addressed by NumberHub, an independent service operated by a sole operator, to any person who uses the Service. It is not a mere invitation: by using the Service or topping up your wallet you accept this offer in full, exactly as written, and a binding agreement is formed between you and the operator. Read it together with our Terms, Privacy Policy, and the policies linked below before you continue.
1. Definitions
- Operator / we / us — an independent service operated by a sole operator, providing the Service under the NumberHub brand.
- Service — the NumberHub platform delivered through the Telegram bot @TheNumberHubBot and the website at this domain, through which the Products are offered and delivered.
- You / User — the person who accesses the Service, holds a wallet, or places an order.
- Products — the four offerings described in Section 2 (OTP numbers, number rentals, eSIM data plans, and email OTPs).
- Providers — the independent upstream SMS providers, eSIM operator, and payment processor whose services the Products depend on.
- Wallet — the prepaid, in-bot, spend-only USD credit balance from which Products are purchased.
- Offer — this Public Offer Agreement, the act of accepting which forms the agreement.
- Acceptance — the conduct described in Section 3 by which you agree to this Offer.
2. Subject of the offer
NumberHub is a reseller. We resell access to Products sourced from independent Providers and make them available through the bot and web app. The subject of this Offer is the provision of the following Products:
- OTP / verification numbers — temporary virtual phone numbers that receive one-time SMS verification codes for a chosen third-party service.
- Number rentals — a dedicated virtual number kept for a chosen period that receives the SMS codes sent to it during that period.
- eSIM data plans — data-only travel eSIMs for supported destinations, delivered electronically as a QR profile.
- Email OTPs — disposable email addresses that receive a one-time verification code for a chosen third-party website.
Because we are a reseller, availability, coverage, pricing, and whether any number or address actually receives a given code depend on the Providers and on the third-party platform you are verifying with. We do not control those parties and do not guarantee a particular outcome — see Section 7.
3. Acceptance & formation of the agreement
This Offer is accepted, and the agreement between you and the operator is formed, when you do any of the following:
- start the bot or use any part of the Service;
- top up (credit) your Wallet; or
- place an order for any Product.
Acceptance is unconditional and applies to the Offer as a whole — you cannot accept some clauses and reject others. By accepting, you also agree to and are bound by our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and the related policies referenced throughout this document (Payment, Delivery, Refund & Cancellation, Returns, and the Acceptable Use Policy), each of which forms an integral part of this agreement. You confirm you are at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into this agreement. If you do not agree to any part of this Offer, do not use the Service.
4. Account & wallet
- The Service is used through your Telegram account and, optionally, a linked web sign-in. You are responsible for keeping access to your account secure and for all activity under it.
- Your Wallet is a prepaid, spend-only USD credit balance usable solely to buy Products inside the Service. It is not a bank account, e-money, deposit, or investment, it pays no interest, and it is not transferable or withdrawable as cash.
- Wallet balance reflects available funds minus any amounts held against open orders. A hold is not a charge; see Section 5.
- Promotional credits — such as deposit or referral bonuses — are spend-only, non-withdrawable, may be changed or withdrawn prospectively, and may be reversed in cases of abuse.
5. Orders, pricing & charging
Pricing is dynamic (provider cost plus demand), shown in USD-equivalent before each purchase, and settled in cryptocurrency. Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor; on-chain payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed, we cannot reverse a blockchain payment, and there are no refunds to the originating crypto wallet. You are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, and network (note: Bitcoin has an approximate $10 network minimum). Full details are in our Payment Policy.
How you are charged depends on the Product:
- OTP and email orders use the live activation window shown in the order. Each delivered code is charged separately. If no code arrives, cancel after the short initial lock or let the order expire; the hold returns automatically.
- Number rentals — paid upfront. Charged in full when the rental starts; refundable only within roughly 2 to 20 minutes of the start, after which it is non-refundable.
- eSIM data plans — paid upfront. The charge is final once the Provider accepts the order; the hold is only released if the order cannot be placed with the Provider at all.
Delivery is fully electronic — there is no physical shipping. The complete charging, cancellation, and refund rules are set out in our Refund & Cancellation Policy and Returns Policy, and the timing of delivery in our Delivery Policy. Those policies prevail over any summary here.
6. Your obligations & prohibited use
You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in line with our Acceptable Use Policy. In particular, you must not use the Service for fraud, impersonation, bulk creation of fake accounts, spam, harassment, evading bans or platform restrictions, or any unlawful activity, and you must comply with the terms of any third-party platform you verify with. You are solely responsible for what you do with a number, code, eSIM, or email address. Breach may result in immediate suspension or termination and forfeiture of any balance tied to the abuse. We operate risk and anti-money-laundering controls and may monitor, limit, hold, refuse, or reverse-credit suspicious activity even though we do not require identity documents for ordinary, low-value use.
7. Provider dependency & "as is"
The Products depend on independent Providers and on the third-party platforms you verify with, all of which are outside our control. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind. In particular, we do not warrant that any specific number will receive a given code, that a service, country, or plan will be in stock, or that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free. A third-party platform may detect, block, or reject a virtual number at its discretion. Your remedy for an undelivered OTP or email code is the automatic non-charge / release of the hold described in Section 5 and the Refund Policy — you are never charged for a code you did not receive.
8. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NumberHub and its operator are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, or for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or opportunity, arising from the Service, a Provider, a third-party platform, or any blockchain payment. Our total aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you actually spent on the specific transaction giving rise to the claim. Nothing in this Offer excludes liability that cannot be excluded under mandatory law.
9. Term, amendments & termination
- This Offer takes effect on your Acceptance and remains in force while you use the Service or hold a Wallet balance.
- We may amend this Offer and the linked policies. Material changes take effect when posted on this page with an updated effective date; your continued use after a change constitutes acceptance of the amended Offer. If you do not accept a change, stop using the Service.
- You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of this Offer, suspected abuse, or legal requirement. On termination, open holds are released and unfilled orders settled per the Refund Policy; spend-only and promotional credit is not paid out as cash.
10. Governing law & disputes
This Offer is governed by the laws of the operator's country of residence, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. To resolve a dispute, first contact us at [email protected] or Telegram @TheNumberHubBot with your order details; we aim to respond within 7 days. If a dispute is not resolved within 30 days, it is subject to the courts of the operator's country of residence, unless mandatory consumer-protection law in your place of residence grants you other rights. Any refund is credited to your Wallet balance only and cannot be reversed on-chain due to the finality of cryptocurrency payments.
