Return Policy
Effective date: 10 June 2026
NumberHub sells digital, on-demand, one-time-use services — there is no physical item to ship back, so a traditional "return" does not apply. What does apply is our charge-on-receive model and clear cancellation windows: in plain terms, no code means no charge. This page explains how that works and how to get help.
1. What you are buying — digital, on-demand services
Everything NumberHub provides is a digital service delivered electronically to the Telegram bot and the web app. There is no physical product, packaging, or shipment, so there is nothing to post back to us. Our products are:
- OTP / verification numbers — a temporary virtual number that receives a one-time SMS code, consumed the moment the code arrives.
- Number rentals — a dedicated number reserved for a chosen period.
- eSIM data plans — a data-only travel eSIM delivered as a QR profile.
- Email OTPs — a disposable email address that receives a one-time verification code.
Because these are single-use, on-demand services drawn from upstream providers, "returning" a delivered code, an accepted eSIM, or a received email OTP is not possible — the service has already been performed.
2. No returns once a service has been rendered
A service is considered rendered (performed), and cannot be returned, once any of the following has happened:
- A verification SMS code has been delivered to your OTP number — the code has been generated and shown to you, and cannot be un-sent.
- An eSIM order has been accepted by the upstream operator and a QR profile issued — the data plan has been provisioned to you.
- An email OTP has been received in your disposable inbox — the code has been delivered.
In each case the value you ordered has been supplied, so there is no return and no refund of the delivered item. This mirrors how all single-use digital content works: once it has been handed over, it has been used.
3. What you can do instead — cancel & release undelivered orders
The protection you actually want sits in our Refund & Cancellation Policy, and it is built into how you are charged. The headline is simple: no code, no charge.
- OTP and email orders use the live activation window shown in the order. Each delivered code is charged separately. If no code arrives, cancel after the short initial lock or let the order expire; the hold returns automatically.
- Cancellation of a waiting order. An order still waiting for a number can be cancelled immediately at no cost; once a number is issued, cancellation is permitted after a short initial period (about 2 minutes), to match upstream provider rules.
- Number rentals are paid upfront and can be cancelled for a refund only within a short window after they start (roughly 2 to 20 minutes), per the Refund Policy.
- eSIM plans are paid upfront; the hold is only released if the order cannot be placed with the provider at all.
So while nothing is "returned," an undelivered or unused order costs you nothing, and refunds within the relevant windows are credited to your wallet. The exact timings and conditions are governed by the Refund & Cancellation Policy, which controls if anything here appears to differ.
4. Wallet balance and top-ups
Your NumberHub wallet is prepaid, spend-only credit usable only to buy products inside the Service. It is not a bank account, e-money, or investment, and it earns no interest.
- Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency through a third-party payment processor. On-chain payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed — we cannot return a top-up to the originating crypto wallet, and we do not refund to a blockchain address.
- Any release or refund therefore stays as usable credit in your wallet, ready to spend on your next order; it does not flow back on-chain.
- You are responsible for sending the correct asset, amount, and network when topping up. See the Payment Policy for accepted methods and the network minimums (for example, Bitcoin carries a roughly $10 network minimum).
- Deposit and referral bonuses are promotional, spend-only credit — non-withdrawable and reversible in cases of abuse.
5. Your consumer rights
Where mandatory consumer-protection law applies to you, those rights prevail over anything in this policy, and nothing here is intended to limit them. At the same time, digital content supplied immediately is commonly excluded from any cooling-off or withdrawal right once delivery has begun — and our products are supplied on demand the moment you order. By placing an order you request immediate performance and acknowledge that, once a code is delivered or an eSIM order is accepted, that specific service has been fully performed.
6. How to request help
Most releases and refunds happen automatically — if a code never arrives, you are simply not charged. If something looks wrong with an order, contact us within a reasonable time with your order details and we will review it and put right anything that is our error. We may issue a wallet credit as a goodwill resolution where appropriate, at our discretion.
7. Contact
Questions about this policy, or a specific order: [email protected] or Telegram @TheNumberHubBot. We aim to respond promptly.
This Return Policy should be read together with our Refund & Cancellation Policy, Payment Policy, and Terms of Service.
