OTP numbers and email OTPs are charged only when a verification code is delivered — no code, no charge.
If no code arrives, the held amount is released back to your wallet automatically.

Why prices move
Every price you see is derived from live upstream cost plus our margin, so it follows the market rather than a static rate card. Two things drive it: how strict the platform you are verifying is about accepting numbers, and how much free supply exists in that country at that moment. A scarce, in-demand combination costs more; when supply loosens, it comes back down.
This is why the same country can differ between visits, and why we quote from a price rather than a fixed one. The figure shown before you confirm is the figure held — it does not change under you mid-order.
You are only charged when it works
For one-time SMS codes we hold the price when you order and charge only when a verification code actually arrives. If the platform rejects the number, or no message is ever sent, the hold is released and you pay nothing. Failed attempts are our problem, not a line on your bill.
Rentals and eSIMs work differently and are charged upfront, because you are buying a period of exclusive access rather than a single delivered code. Rental cancellations inside the early window are refunded.
Keeping your costs down
Match the country to the platform instead of buying the most expensive market by reflex: a premium number for a platform that happily accepts cheap ones is wasted money. Equally, the cheapest entry in a list is usually cheap because acceptance is poor, so it can cost more attempts than it saves.
If you use the service regularly, the loyalty discount lowers number prices automatically as your usage or top-ups grow — there is nothing to apply for. Developers should also send max_price on API buys so an order is refused rather than filled above a ceiling you set.

Is there a subscription or monthly fee?
No. You top up a wallet and pay per use — no subscription, no minimum, and no fee for having an account.
Why is the price a range and not fixed?
Because it tracks live cost and availability per service and country. You always see the exact price before confirming, and that is the amount held.
Do I pay if no code arrives?
No. For one-time SMS activations the held amount is released automatically and you are charged nothing.
Are there hidden fees on top-ups?
We credit what arrives. Crypto networks charge their own transaction fees, which are outside our control and are not added by us.
