Payment Policy

1. Accepted payment methods

You fund your NumberHub wallet with cryptocurrency, processed by an independent third-party payment processor. We do not accept cards, bank transfers, cash, or stored-value gift cards directly; the only way to add credit is a crypto top-up.

• Top-ups are accepted in the cryptocurrencies offered at checkout by the processor at the time you create an invoice.
• Although you pay in crypto, your balance is recorded and spent in USD-equivalent. The processor handles conversion and settlement; the amount that lands in your wallet reflects the USD value received after network confirmation.
• We never take custody of your private keys and never ask for your wallet credentials. You pay from your own wallet to the invoice address shown by the processor.

2. The wallet model

Top-ups buy prepaid USD credit. This is not a withdrawable crypto wallet. Eligible order refunds return to your NumberHub balance, not your external wallet.

• It is not a bank account, e-money, deposit, or investment, it earns no interest, and it is not insured.
• When you order a product, its price is reserved against your available balance (balance minus any active holds), so you can never spend the same credit twice.
• Top-up credit is not withdrawable back to a wallet (see Section 7). It is intended to be spent on the Service.

3. How you are charged

Charging depends on the product. The full mechanics, including cancellation windows, are in our Refund & Cancellation Policy; this is the summary.

• OTP and email orders use the live activation window shown in the order. Each delivered code is charged separately. If no code arrives, cancel after the short initial lock or let the order expire; the hold returns automatically.
• Number rentals — paid upfront. The period is charged when you order, and is refundable only within a short window after the rental starts (roughly 2 to 20 minutes), after which it is not refundable.
• eSIM data plans — paid upfront. The charge is final once the provider accepts the order; you are only not charged if the order cannot be placed with the provider at all.
• Residential proxies — Proxy data is paid upfront and delivered as login credentials. The order shows its traffic cap and expiry. Uploads and downloads count, with a 512-byte minimum per connection; 1 GB is 1,073,741,824 bytes. Top-ups add data and restart validity; unused data expires. Site acceptance is not guaranteed. Failed purchases release the hold; contact support about service faults and refund eligibility.

4. Pricing & currency

• Prices are dynamic: they reflect the underlying provider cost plus live demand and availability, so the same service or country can cost different amounts at different times.
• The exact price is always shown before you confirm a purchase. By confirming, you accept that price.
• Prices are displayed in USD-equivalent and your wallet is denominated in USD-equivalent; payment to fund the wallet is settled in cryptocurrency by the processor.
• Crypto exchange rates and network fees are determined by the processor and the blockchain, not by us, and may move between the moment you request an invoice and the moment it confirms.
• Where we are required to collect sales tax, VAT, or GST, it may be added; each payment is treated as final settlement of the full amount, including any such tax. You are responsible for any taxes that apply to you personally.

5. Minimums & invoices

• Each top-up generates a payment invoice from the processor with an address and amount. Pay the exact amount shown to that exact address, on the network specified.
• Network minimums apply. In particular, paying with Bitcoin has a practical minimum of roughly $10 because of on-chain network economics; smaller coins or networks may allow lower amounts. Choose an amount and asset above the relevant minimum.
• Invoices are time-limited and can expire. If an invoice expires before you pay, simply create a new top-up rather than sending to the old address — a payment to an expired or stale invoice may not be credited and may be unrecoverable.
• Send only the asset and network the invoice asks for. Do not reuse an old invoice address for a new payment.

6. Bonuses

• We may offer first-deposit and tiered top-up bonuses, as well as referral credit, as a promotion.
• All bonus and referral credit is promotional, spend-only credit: it can be used to buy products but is not withdrawable and not redeemable for cash or crypto.
• Bonus offers may be changed or withdrawn prospectively at any time, and bonus credit may be reversed or removed in cases of abuse (for example, self-referral, multiple accounts, or attempts to cash out promotional value).

7. No chargebacks / finality

• Cryptocurrency payments are final and non-reversible once confirmed on-chain. There is no chargeback mechanism, and we cannot reverse a blockchain payment.
• We do not refund to the originating crypto wallet. Any approved refund, release, or goodwill adjustment is credited to your NumberHub wallet balance as spend-only credit.
• This finality cuts both ways: once funds are credited to your wallet they are safe from third-party reversal, and once you have spent on a delivered product the transaction stands as described in the Refund Policy.

8. Failed, delayed, or wrong-network payments

• Delayed confirmations. Crypto payments credit after the network confirms. During congestion this can take longer than usual; once the processor reports the payment as paid, your wallet is credited automatically.
• Underpayment / overpayment. If you send less or more than the invoice amount, the processor may credit the actual received value, hold the payment, or be unable to match it. Always send the exact requested amount.
• Wrong asset or wrong network. You are responsible for choosing the correct asset and network. Funds sent on an unsupported network, to the wrong address, or as the wrong coin may be unrecoverable, and we cannot guarantee recovery.
• If a top-up was confirmed on-chain but is not reflected in your wallet within a reasonable time, contact us with the transaction hash (TXID), the amount, the network, and the time, and we will investigate with the processor.

9. Security & anti-fraud

• We operate risk and anti-money-laundering controls on payments and spending. We may monitor transactions, set limits, request information, or hold, refuse, or reverse-credit activity that shows signs of fraud, money laundering, sanctions exposure, or other abuse.
• For ordinary, low-value verification use we do not require identity documents (no KYC). We may, however, request verification or decline service where risk signals, applicable law, or the payment processor require it.
• Do not attempt to launder funds, structure payments to evade controls, or use the Service with proceeds of crime — accounts and balances involved may be suspended or forfeited. See the Terms of Service.

10. Billing questions & disputes
