NumberHub is an independent service operated by a sole operator — one accountable party, where the person who runs the service is also the person who reads your message and can credit your wallet. We make online verification and travel connectivity simple: get a virtual number to receive an SMS code, rent a number for longer, receive a verification code by email, or grab a travel eSIM — all from one prepaid wallet inside Telegram, with a fair "pay only when it works" model for OTP.
What we offer
OTP / verification numbers
Temporary virtual numbers that receive one-time SMS codes for 800+ apps across 190+ countries. You are charged only when the code arrives; if none does, the hold is released automatically.
Number rentals
A dedicated number kept for a chosen period that receives all of its codes during that time. Paid upfront, with a refund window shortly after it starts.
Travel eSIM data
Data-only eSIM profiles for 219 destinations, usually ready within seconds as a QR code — local, regional, and global plans.
Email OTPs
A disposable email address that receives the verification code for the website you choose — charged only when the code arrives, like OTP numbers.
How payment works
Prepaid wallet
You top up an in-bot wallet through our payment processor, and your balance is spend-only credit used to buy products inside the bot. Top-ups are made in cryptocurrency and are final and non-reversible once confirmed on-chain. Because of that we never hold card or bank details: there is no stored payment method, no recurring billing, and nothing leaves your balance unless you place an order.
Charged only when it works
For OTP numbers, the price is held when you order and charged only when a verification code is delivered. No code, no charge: if nothing arrives within the 20-minute window, or you cancel, the hold returns to your balance automatically — you do not have to ask us. Rentals and eSIMs are paid upfront; a rental can be cancelled for a refund in a short window after it starts. Refunds and releases are credited to your wallet balance as spend-only credit. Operating responsibly
We keep data collection minimal, delete verification codes after delivery, and operate anti-fraud and AML risk controls. What we do not do: we do not sell or rent customer data, we do not build advertising profiles, we do not ask for ID documents for ordinary use, and the only message content we handle is what arrives on the number or address you ordered, which we relay to you — we cannot sign in anywhere on your behalf. NumberHub is an independent service operated by a sole operator, based in the operator's country of residence, whose law governs our Terms. The same operator is accountable for the Service, its data handling, and its refunds. We are reachable every day and aim to reply within 24 hours, usually much sooner. Most order problems resolve themselves — an unfilled OTP hold is released automatically — but if a charge or a release looks wrong, send your order details and we will put it right in your wallet:
