A virtual number is a phone number used here to receive text messages — there is no physical SIM to install. You pick a service and country, and an available number is assigned to your order; otherwise the order may queue. If the service sends an SMS that reaches the number, it is shown in your order. A temporary number keeps your personal phone separate, but the destination service still decides whether it accepts virtual numbers and its sign-up rules still apply.
Because you are charged only when a code actually arrives, an unused number costs you nothing: if a platform rejects the number or no code is sent, the held amount is released back to your wallet automatically. Need codes for longer than a single sign-up? You can rent a number for days or weeks and keep receiving its messages for the whole period.

Can I use a temporary number for delivery apps?
Check the delivery app’s sign-up rules and the exact service and country in the live catalogue before ordering. The app decides whether it accepts the number; availability in NumberHub is not a promise of acceptance. An SMS activation receives codes during the window shown on the order. If the app needs a number for driver calls, later logins or ongoing delivery contact, use a number you control for as long as the account needs it.
How do I choose the service and country?
Choose the exact service you need to verify, then a country permitted by that service and consistent with your account details. Check the current price and availability before requesting a number. An activation for one service should not be ordered for use with a different service.
Why has my verification code not arrived?
Check the country code and phone-number format, then request the SMS in the service you are verifying. NumberHub can display a code only if the service sends it and it reaches the assigned number. Use the resend, replacement, country-switch or cancellation actions shown on your order when available.
Can I keep the number for later logins?
An OTP activation does not reserve the number for a later order. A rental gives you access for its purchased period under the coverage shown on the order; an extension requires a separate successful purchase. For account recovery or access after that period, use a number you own and can keep.
What do I pay if no SMS code arrives?
The activation price is held when you request a number and charged when a code arrives. If the activation ends without a delivered code, the hold is released back to your wallet. Rental orders have separate upfront billing terms.
